Founder

For more than 20 years Richard Zak has provided guidance on technology for safer and stronger communities, compliance to secure regulated data, and appropriate use policies to sustain impact. For many years he also represented a global cloud service provider on compliance matters to US data regulators including the FBI, IRS, and StateRAMP. He serves with a number of policy-shaping organizations including the International Association of Chiefs of Police Communications & Technology Committee, the StateRAMP Standards & Technical Committee, and the National Sheriffs’ Association Cybersecurity & Cybercrime Working Group.
